David G. McKinnon, Chairman of the Board

In 1984, David co-founded Molly Maid, Inc. In 1996, David added Mr. Handyman to his portfolio and formed Service Brands International (SBI), to create a multi-brand franchise system. SBI began franchising Mr. Handyman in September, 2000, and today Molly Maid, Inc., is a $100 million-a-year business. David is active in the community and serves on the International Franchise Association's (IFA) board of directors. In 2002, the IFA honored him as "Entrepreneur of the Year."

Todd Recknagel, President

Todd has a wealth of franchising and management experience. In 1998, Blimpie International named Todd "Franchisee of the Year." In 1999, the International Franchise Association recognized Todd as their "Franchisee of the Year." In 2000, The US Chamber of Commerce presented Todd with their "Blue Chip Enterprise" award. And, every year we're fortunate to have Todd lending his aggressive, hands-on, and bottom-line—but let's make this a fun business—approach to building the Mr. Handyman brand.

John Eggenberger, Vice President of Corporate Development

John has earned his SBI stripes serving in operations for both Molly Maid and Mr. Handyman. John is known for his brainpower and "get it done" attitude. His enthusiasm and dedication have been diagnosed as contagious, which as caused an epidemic of goodwill throughout the company.

John McLellan, Chief Marketing Officer

John joined Mr. Handyman with over twenty years of results-driven experience in franchise marketing. His unique blend of marketing savvy and leadership qualities make him an invaluable partner in our pursuit of excellence.

Ted Kennedy, Chief Information Officer

Ted is the primary architect of our Toolbox^TM computer-business, management system. He has twice won top honors at Microsoft's "Windows World Open" that recognizes the best custom software applications in the world. Because of Ted's team spirit and generous nature, we sometimes forget that as Chief Information Officer, he's our resident "know it all."

Chris Seman, National Director of Operations

Chris joined Mr. Handyman as a Regional Service Manager at Mr. Handyman's first Convention in Orlando, FL. Since then, Chris has proven to be a vital member of the operations team and has built strong relationships with owners nationwide. Today, Chris acts as the National Director of Operations, leading our Regional Service Managers in their support of owners and handling all operations for Mr. Handyman International, LLC.

Anne Nemer, Director of Marketing

With a strong background in franchising and field marketing, Anne brings much knowledge and expertise to the Mr. Handyman marketing department. Anne assists all owners, new and veteran, with their advertising and promotional efforts is always available to discuss marketing strategies and best practices.
